FOUNDER | CEO
Lisa Jammal, Founder of Social Intelligence Agency (SIA), has assembled a winning team of social media agents to form one of the top digital media headquarters of influence that excels in engaging fans and creating buzz in new and clever ways. With over 15 years of hands-on experience in the entertainment, lifestyle, music, and digital media industries, Jammal has expanded her collective understanding of the media landscape to spearhead forward-looking and eye-catching campaigns for clients big and small.
Jammal’s combined savviness of industry networking and development has garnered her the attention of high profile companies and brands, including The Recording Academy, Monster Cable, WGN America, Stampede Ventures, Rockstar Hotels, FreMantleMedia North America, and Conde Nast. Whether it’s a national tour, product launch, social media campaign or out of the ordinary brand activation, Jammal and her SIA team have a winning track record of getting results.
Jammal embarked on her publicity career at Sony Pictures and Twentieth Century Fox, then becoming a publicist for Patricola Lust Public Relations. Jammal founded her first independent Public Relations company, LJAM PR, in May of 2007, which specialized in breaking out emerging music acts, talent and brand management, red carpet production and management, brand sponsorships and motion pictures by innovatively combining branding, PR and social media into one “network”. Jammal then caught the attention of global agency Mission, which resulted in Jammal becoming Head of Media Relations of Mission’s West Coast operation.
In 2011, forecasting the explosion of social media influences on branding, Jammal launched ‘The Tweet Squad,’ offering the latest social media services combined with her publicity, events, and marketing acumen. Creating a space for young influencers and talent to engage, The Tweet Squad’s roster included FremantleMedia North America, Monster Cable, CondeNast Ideactive, Brandingiron Worldwide, Fanfare Entertainment, and a three month national PR/social media push for the First Run feature documentary,” Bert Stern: Original Madman.” The Tweet Squad’s efforts succeeded in creating support for the film in 37 domestic markets through digital, electronic and print pieces in Vanity Fair, Vogue, CNN, Time Magazine, The Huffington Post, NBC, CBS, The New York Times, and many others. The digital footprint for film was so notable, that many markets were added to First Run’s initial plan. Subsequently, Jammal exclusively signed San Francisco based distributor Roxie Releasing and continued attracting clients in need of detailed and credible social media support worldwide, before rebranding her company in 2014 to become Social Intelligence Agency.
Since 2014, SIA has catapulted the profiles of clients big and small, providing digital and traditional media awareness that drive sales and builds upon brand identity.
A graduate of UCLA’s Entertainment Public Relations Extension Program and the Loyola Marymount School of Communications, Jammal is a member of the Forbes Agency Council and has been featured on E! News, Yahoo!, The Wrap, MarketPlace, and BizBash and 15 Fresh Faces to Watch.
